Bird Buddy is seeking a Subscriptions Project Manager to lead execution of the company's subscription business, which represents the largest recurring revenue line at $18M+. This role owns the end-to-end experimentation pipeline: from roadmap prioritization through specification, testing, launch, measurement, and decision-making. You'll report to the Head of Subscriptions and collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, CRM, and support teams to drive growth through systematic experimentation.
Key responsibilities include: owning the subscription experimentation pipeline with entry documents, variant specs, QA coordination, and measurement; translating roadmap initiatives into engineering-ready specifications; managing checkout, trial-start, and onboarding experiment roadmaps; coordinating weekly cross-functional alignment; maintaining the subscription product catalog across platforms and billing systems; and running instrumentation, conversion tracking, and reporting on experiment outcomes and throughput.
You'll need 3–5 years of project management, product operations, or adjacent experience (growth, monetization, CRM, analytics backgrounds welcome). Strong written documentation and specification skills are essential—this role runs on clear, decision-ready documents. Comfort with A/B testing, funnel metrics, and subscription economics (LTV, churn, conversion) is required. High attention to detail for catalog structures, compliance, and QA is critical. Experience with subscription tooling (RevenueCat, WooCommerce Subscriptions), app store ecosystems, web checkout/billing, or regulated consumer flows is a plus.
