Justt is an AI-driven chargeback management platform that helps major global brands automate dispute operations, recover lost revenue, and reduce operational burden on finance, risk, and operations teams. The company works across multiple regions and verticals with teams embedded in the payments ecosystem. You will serve as Justt's externally-facing chargebacks and payments expert for the US market. This is a non-quota-carrying role measured on revenue impact through shortened sales cycles, improved win rates on strategic deals, and market positioning. Key responsibilities span five areas: 1. Strategic Account Expertise (~20%): Be the go-to expert for US strategic merchants, PSPs, and PayFacs before and after sale. Participate in business reviews and escalations on top accounts when executive credibility is needed. Identify expansion opportunities (new MIDs, regions, PSPs, alerts/RDR strategies) and surface them to account owners. 2. External Representation (~25%): Represent Justt at major US industry events (MRC, MAG, PLS, Safeguard). Lead roundtables, panels, and fireside chats; bring customers on stage. Sit on industry bodies and working groups (e.g., MRC committees) to gather market intelligence. Recruit members for the Customer Advisory Board and Justt Council. 3. Sales Support on Complex Deals (~35%): Join executive calls on enterprise deals to frame chargeback strategy, ROI, and handle objections. Run dispute-strategy workshops with Heads of Payments, Risk, and Operations covering alerts vs. representment vs. automation, evidence quality, and network monitoring. Support PSP, acquirer, and PayFac co-selling. Coach AEs on the payments narrative to strengthen the team. 4. Thought Leadership & Content (~15%): Publish original perspectives through articles, LinkedIn, webinars, podcasts, and industry outlets like The Paypers. Interview customers to build case studies and reference stories. Create reusable assets (talk tracks, one-pagers, benchmark decks) with Marketing and Enablement. 5. Voice of Customer (~5%): Translate US customer and market feedback into prioritized product input. Share scheme and regulatory changes with Sales, CS, and Product. Inform go-to-market strategy on target verticals, messaging, and event mix. You will partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. The role requires deep expertise in chargebacks, payments operations, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior operational leaders at major payment processors and merchants. Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting.
