Salary: USD 110,000 - 125,000 / annual
BETA Technologies is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support subcontracting and procurement for build-to-print new product introduction in electric aviation. You will manage end-to-end supplier relationships for custom-designed, modified commercial off-the-shelf, and complex build-to-print aerospace components.
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in generating Statements of Work (SoW)
- Lead development of Request for Proposal (RFP) packages
- Lead source selection processes
- Negotiate contractual agreements, including long-term comprehensive agreements
- Manage supplier performance throughout contract lifecycle
- Act as commercial authority, signing agreements as delegated
- Serve as liaison between internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule and lead Program Review Meetings, cross-team meetings, and Supplier Performance Reviews
- Manage part shortages with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
You will work in a fast-paced aerospace environment focused on revolutionizing electric aviation through sustainable technology. The role requires managing high-dollar, complex projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Approximately 30% travel is expected.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
- Experience managing high-dollar, complex aerospace projects
- 5+ years of procurement experience
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%
Desired Qualifications:
- Build-to-Print and New Product Introduction experience
- PMP Certification or other project management experience
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace certification requirements
