In this Strategy & Planning Associate role based in Bogotá, you will be the analytical backbone supporting leadership decision-making. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive sales and operations analytics reports and dashboards using SQL, Python, Looker, and other BI solutions to provide actionable insights. Your responsibilities include building visualizations to track key performance metrics, proactively monitoring data quality and integrity, and performing deep-dive analyses of operating metrics to uncover business insights.
You'll work cross-functionally with business leaders to understand strategic questions, develop hypotheses, analyze data, and communicate findings that drive prioritization and decision-making. You'll also support the implementation of sales activities with oversight from leadership.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills (advanced English required, Portuguese a bonus), solid data analytics expertise, and proficiency in SQL and Python. Project management experience and Salesforce knowledge are valued. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment where you receive mentorship from experienced colleagues while contributing to a fast-growing market—online food delivery has expanded 10X in the US over five years and is projected to reach $500B–$1T by 2030.
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring five days per week in the Bogotá office.
