As Strategy & Operations Manager based in Dubai, you will be a key stakeholder in day-to-day operations and help shape Revolut's continued expansion in the UAE market. This is a high-impact role focused on solving complex operational challenges at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities specific to the UAE market
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support hyper-growth
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Prioritizing projects and setting timelines to reach goals quickly
- Exploring and defining new features to enhance customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Building strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
- Running support organizations, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining SLA compliance
You will work in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment where operations means tackling the company's toughest challenges with speed, precision, and creativity. The role requires someone who can break down complex problems into manageable tasks, work with data, and drive impact across multiple functions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- 4+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
- Strong data analysis skills and comfort working with data
- Natural curiosity and drive to make an impact
- Experience working with regulators
- Interest in the financial industry
- Entrepreneurial experience preferred
- Experience coding with SQL, Python, and/or R preferred
