Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 / annual
Funnel Leasing is a proptech SaaS company seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager, AI to drive the strategic direction and go-to-market strategy for its AI product suite. This role owns the P&L for Funnel's AI segment, including products like VLA, VVLA, MA, and emerging AI offerings.
Key responsibilities include: leading strategy and GTM for AI products; tracking and analyzing financial data to inform resource allocation and cost optimization; owning pricing and packaging strategies to maximize margins; conducting market research to identify trends and competitive dynamics; collaborating with enterprise and mid-market customers to align products with their AI strategies; evaluating off-the-shelf versus proprietary AI solutions; serving as connective tissue between product/engineering, revenue, and customer experience teams; strategically engaging in select sales engagements to drive ARR growth; managing product marketing initiatives to bring new AI products to market; and engaging with executive leadership to harmonize product strategies with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking/private equity, or strategy/operations/growth roles at top-tier tech companies. Required skills include cross-functional project leadership, strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and comfort in high-growth, rapidly changing environments. Nice-to-haves include a JD or MBA, real estate industry experience, SaaS background, AI knowledge, and a passion for challenging the status quo.
