As a Strategy & Business Development Associate in the Fleet department, you will support the leadership team in shaping strategy, processes, and the partner landscape while driving strategic initiatives and scalable process implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong partner network by identifying, benchmarking, and analyzing partners aligned with FINN's vision. Screen the German and European markets to identify international expansion opportunities.
- Set up efficient and scalable processes for vehicle financing, from planning and purchasing to full lifecycle management. Collaborate with financing partners to implement processes that enable sustainable scaling.
- Drive cost-efficiency by maintaining focus on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and identifying cost improvement opportunities to meet profitability targets.
- Shape the technology ecosystem by leveraging your process knowledge to drive automation and evolution of tools alongside the product and tech teams.
- Create performance transparency and drive KPI improvements through data-driven insights, identifying and implementing actions to capture additional growth potential.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or similar field
- 1+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong project management skills with ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Highly analytical with data-driven mindset and natural technical understanding
- Structured approach to process optimization with creative problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for efficiency
- Genuine interest in the mobility industry
- Fluent in German and English
- Communicative character with ability to articulate ideas persuasively
