In this Growth & AI Consultant role, you will drive process optimization and growth initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and optimizing the process landscape to identify cross-selling opportunities (e.g., heat pump upsells)
- Creating, tracking, and interpreting key funnels, performance, and growth KPIs
- Identifying process inefficiencies using AI tools and supporting the derivation and implementation of improvements
- Developing, executing, and analyzing lead reactivation campaigns
- Providing close support and enablement to the sales team, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product to drive data-driven optimizations
You will work in a fast-paced, scaling environment with high autonomy to drive initiatives from conception through execution. The role is based in Enpal's modern Berlin-Friedrichshain office and offers exposure to both startup agility and grown-up business practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, venture building, startup environments, or other scaling-focused, fast-paced settings (growth operations or business development roles)
- High self-initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive new topics independently from idea to execution
- Structured, data-oriented working style with ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
- Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
