Required qualifications: 1–3 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or strategic marketing/commercial roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, structured commercial thinking, and excellent English communication. Proficiency with presentations and spreadsheets; AI skills are a plus. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, entrepreneurial-minded, intellectually curious, and passionate about building something meaningful. Experience in growth, marketing, sales, or go-to-market is strongly preferred. Passion for math and/or education is a bonus.
