Agentio is an AI-native marketplace platform that automates creator-led advertising at scale. The company enables brands (Uber, DoorDash, Bombas) to buy creator ads with the speed and measurement rigor of Meta or Google, while enabling creators to monetize their work. Agentio has raised $56M at a $340M valuation (Series B led by Forerunner), backed by Benchmark and Craft, and was named to Forbes' Next Billion Dollar Startups 2025 and Inc.'s Best Places to Work 2026. You will be the first dedicated Strategy & Operations hire on the revenue team, owning the systems, analytics, and operational execution behind Sales and Client Success. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations and sits at the center of Go-To-Market, partnering with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and GTM Engineering on the company's most complex unstructured problems. Key responsibilities include: owning the weekly pipeline forecast and conversion assumptions; building the reporting layer that becomes the company's source of truth for pipeline health and revenue performance (including board-level metrics); diagnosing revenue leaks (win rates by segment, cycle time, ramp, stage drop-off) and translating findings into actionable changes; defining funnel stage definitions, qualification criteria, lead routing, and pipeline hygiene standards; translating ICP and SAM into books of business, territories, and target account lists; owning and evolving the HubSpot architecture and broader GTM stack (Gong, Clay, Unify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator); building automation with GTM Engineering and driving adoption through documentation and hands-on rollout; and partnering with Client Success and Finance on spend pacing, delivery, and post-sale retention reporting. The role emphasizes hands-on execution: you'll spend real time in the CRM and data, not just designing systems. Done well, this function makes every rep meaningfully more productive without adding headcount. RevOps is intentionally small, so there is no layer between you and decision-makers, and the systems you build become how the revenue engine actually runs. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–6 years in revenue operations, sales strategy, or business operations, ideally in B2B SaaS or programmatic media sales - Hands-on experience building in HubSpot or Salesforce: custom objects, properties, workflows, integrations - Fluent in SQL, comfortable in a modern analytics stack (company uses Hex), and genuinely strong in spreadsheets - AI-native builder: you use Claude Code or equivalent to build scripts, agents, pipelines, and internal tools rather than for drafting and summarizing - Hands-on experience with a modern GTM stack (HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Unify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalents) - Experience or genuine curiosity about the creator economy, ad tech, or digital media IDEAL TRAITS: - You own outcomes, not outputs; you've been on the hook for a number or process working, not just reporting about it - You think about the business before the system; you can explain how the company makes money and where it breaks at 3x volume - You are relentless about detail; you reconcile your own numbers and find your own mistakes - You are crisp: you write clearly, get to the point, and answer both rep and exec questions without changing substance - You move without being told; ambiguity is the job and you find the biggest constraint and start there - You'll do unglamorous work; some weeks are strategy, some weeks are cleaning thousands of records to make strategy possible
