As a Strategist in Agent Development, you own the complete lifecycle of AI agent deployment for enterprise customers—from initial scoping through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, production launch, and continuous optimization. You serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives, translating business objectives into measurable agent performance improvements. You partner directly with customer teams on implementation, run working sessions, troubleshoot in real-time, and drive agents from pilot to production handling thousands of daily conversations.
Recent projects include building subscription-retention agents for telecom/media companies that outperform human agents, designing commerce agents that troubleshoot devices and personalize recommendations, redesigning conversation flows for regulated financial services interactions, and partnering with product on net-new agent architectures using live customers as design partners.
You combine customer obsession with strategic problem-solving, bringing clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You're comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts—API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering tradeoffs. You have a track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously and driving them to outcomes.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, and prompt engineering, and either founding/early-stage operator experience or a technical degree (CS, Engineering, Mathematics) plus MBA or equivalent business-technology experience.
