Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building energy-efficient solutions for large-scale AI compute. The company owns and operates the full stack from power generation to cloud services, addressing the critical bottleneck of energy availability for AI workloads. As Strategic Sourcing Data Analyst, you will be the intelligence engine of the Procurement Shared Services team, driving data-driven decision-making across supplier management and cost optimization. This is a 100% on-site role in Denver, Colorado. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Power BI tracking KPIs such as cost avoidance, contract cycle times, and payment term compliance - Analyze large-scale procurement datasets from systems like Coupa and SAP to identify spending trends, leakage, and consolidation opportunities - Build predictive models using statistical methods to forecast lead times and market price fluctuations for critical equipment like transformers and breakers - Partner with the AI Task Force to implement LLM-based tools (Gemini) for automated bid reviews and contract data extraction - Act as liaison between Technical Power teams and Legal, translating complex data into actionable business insights for high-value negotiations and EPC agreements - Oversee data integrity and governance within Jira and Sourcing modules; design data entry standards within Coupa for audit compliance - Support rapid-turnaround analysis on fragmented datasets to address immediate business needs You bring 2–4 years of data analytics experience, ideally in supply chain or procurement. Required technical skills include SQL proficiency for complex database queries, expert-level visualization in Power BI or Tableau, and foundational Python or R for data cleaning and statistical analysis. Familiarity with ERP/Sourcing tools (Coupa, SAP) and project management software (Jira) is essential. You can calculate complex metrics like Working Capital Impact and Total Cost of Ownership, and communicate data-heavy findings clearly to non-technical executives. Bonus qualifications include experience with generative AI applications, knowledge of energy/utilities sector equipment sourcing, and a self-starter mentality to independently identify problems and build analytical frameworks.
