As Strategic Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives focused on new business and expansion within the enterprise segment. You'll manage a team responsible for driving revenue in the Strategic Enterprise segment, working hands-on with your AEs to identify, engage, and close deals with VP and Director-level contacts at major property managers (Greystar, Cushman & Wakefield, Asset Living, FPI, etc.). Deal sizes average $150K+, with top performers booking $65M+ ARR annually. Key responsibilities include: owning team revenue targets; hiring, coaching, and performance-managing Strategic AEs using challenger sales methodology; supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting through expansion; collaborating with Demand Gen and SDR teams on ABM strategy; conducting pipeline and business reviews; developing playbooks and processes; and helping establish EliseAI's new Dallas office as a regional hub. You'll work closely with CS, Engineering, and Product on land-and-expand motions, attend industry conferences, and provide accurate forecasting and metrics tracking. The role requires 4-5 days/week in-office presence in Dallas with frequent travel. Required: 5+ years B2B SaaS sales management experience in Strategic Sales, proven track record managing complex enterprise consultative sales processes (multi-threading, procurement, long cycles), consistent quota attainment, and willingness to work in-person with travel flexibility.
