As a Strategic Projects Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Business Development team, ensuring alignment with Fever's strategic goals and client requirements. This role sits at the intersection of technology and live events, requiring you to work in a fast-paced international environment with senior stakeholders on high-impact projects. Key responsibilities include: - Leading creation and management of detailed project plans for strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment with company objectives - Conducting market analysis in collaboration with the Market Research team to identify new opportunities and growth areas - Working cross-functionally with Strategy, Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure cohesive project execution - Developing and nurturing relationships with key external partners and internal stakeholders - Overseeing preparation and submission of project documentation to support strategic decisions - Tailoring market strategies to fit specific regional needs and local market dynamics - Leading large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholder ecosystems, managing scope, timeline, and budget - Maintaining regular stakeholder communication to support business initiatives This is a hybrid role based in Madrid with a collaborative, international team environment. The position offers professional development through targeted training and coaching. Requirements: - Native-level proficiency in both English and French (written and spoken); fluency in additional languages is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field - Minimum one year of experience in project management, audit, or consulting, ideally in technology, entertainment, or events sectors - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends for strategic decision-making - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Proactive problem-solving mindset with focus on swift implementation of solutions - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment - Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software, with aptitude for learning new systems
