As a Strategic Product Analyst, you will join Aidoc's Analytics group to expand its data-driven capabilities and create value for customers and internal teams. This role bridges analytics, product, and customer success, requiring a combination of analytical rigor, technical depth, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building scalable customer-facing analytics and data-sharing products that transform complex data into intuitive, standardized solutions
- Partnering with Customer Success and Product teams to understand product usage, identify adoption opportunities, and translate customer needs into scalable analytical solutions
- Leading strategic analyses across products, workflows, and clinical domains, connecting data across Aidoc's ecosystem to uncover insights
- Designing product KPIs and measurement frameworks, monitoring trends, and translating findings into actionable insights
- Conducting decision-support analyses for Product, Customer Success, development, and operational initiatives
- Designing and improving scalable data models and analytics infrastructure supporting both customer-facing products and internal analytics
- Expanding the analytics knowledge base, improving data quality, and documenting learnings to strengthen team expertise
You will work closely with Product Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations teams, Data Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Software Developers, and AI experts. The role emphasizes collaborating with stakeholders to translate questions into metrics and visualizations, empowering data-driven decision-making.
Requirements: 5+ years in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar role. Strong technical orientation with understanding of data models, pipelines, and analytics infrastructure. Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and collaborate across functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. B.Sc or equivalent with extensive hands-on projects (Master's degree is an advantage).
