Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 / annual

Adyen is seeking a Strategic Pricing Manager for the North America region to join the Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team within the Finance department. This role focuses on developing value-based pricing and monetization strategies for Adyen's payment platform, which serves enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing pricing strategies for local markets, products, and payment methods; partnering with regional leadership to translate pricing insights into action; understanding business needs from key stakeholders and converting them into pricing initiatives; driving adoption of global pricing tools within the region while providing feedback to inform global developments; providing deal pricing support on strategic, high-value deals; and serving as the regional pricing expert and first point of contact for pricing questions. The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of B2B pricing experience in strategic, consultancy, or analytical roles. Required qualifications include strong quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in modeling; experience with tools such as SQL and Looker is a plus. You should demonstrate the ability to convert data insights into tangible outputs such as optimized pricing strategies, processes, tools, and training. An entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work in fast-paced environments with continuous prioritization, effective communication skills, and proven experience delivering projects end-to-end from concept through implementation are essential. This is a full-time, in-office position based in San Francisco. The role offers the opportunity to work across cross-functional teams including sales, account management, product management, and finance to shape pricing strategy for a leading global fintech platform.
