voize is an AI-powered platform that helps frontline workers in healthcare facilities (senior living, skilled nursing) reclaim time by automating digital workflows. The company has raised $50M in Series A funding (Balderton Capital, HV Capital, Y Combinator) and serves 2,000+ facilities with 200,000+ active users.
As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will build voize's US partnership ecosystem from the ground up. There is no existing partner book, signed agreements, or live integrations—this is a greenfield opportunity to establish the company's go-to-market partnerships in the US healthcare market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source, negotiate, and activate partnerships across referral, reseller, and co-sell models
- Own the full partner deal cycle: sourcing through launch, activation, and scaling
- Develop technology and solution partnerships by scoping integrations, enabling implementation partners, and ensuring delivery quality
- Test and refine partnership playbooks (referral, reseller, co-sell) to identify what drives qualified pipeline and revenue
- Represent voize across the US senior care ecosystem and feed market insights back to Sales and Product teams
- Manage partner pipelines in HubSpot or similar CRM with a data-driven approach
You should bring significant experience building and commercializing partnerships in early-stage or new-market environments, ideally in healthtech or B2B SaaS with measurable revenue impact. Domain expertise in US senior living, skilled nursing, or familiarity with platforms like PointClickCare, MatrixCare, or CMS reimbursement is a strong advantage. You'll need strong technical fluency to scope integrations, proven ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, exceptional English communication skills, and a builder mindset with hands-on execution capability.
The role is based in New York with regular team events at the voize hub. You'll receive stock options, 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, disability and life insurance, and 401(k) matching.
