SoFi at Work is seeking a Partnership Success Manager to own and grow a portfolio of employer and workplace partnerships. This role is responsible for the entire post-sale partnership lifecycle—from successful implementation through employee activation, performance optimization, renewal, and expansion opportunities.
You will serve as the strategic day-to-day partner to HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, and other client stakeholders, translating their business objectives into activation plans that drive employee awareness, engagement, adoption, and long-term partnership value. Key responsibilities include:
• Owning a portfolio of employer and workplace partners as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor
• Leading the post-sale lifecycle: handoff, onboarding, implementation, launch, ongoing engagement, business reviews, renewal, and expansion planning
• Building and executing joint success plans aligned with partner workforce needs, program objectives, and commercial goals
• Developing employee activation and engagement strategies including communications, webinars, educational content, campaigns, and events
• Monitoring program performance across enrollment, utilization, applications, funded volume, product adoption, and engagement metrics
• Leading regular business reviews with data-driven storytelling and actionable recommendations
• Identifying and advancing expansion opportunities while coordinating with Sales on commercial conversations
• Serving as the voice of the partner internally, synthesizing feedback for Product, Marketing, Operations, and leadership
• Proactively identifying partnership-health risks, resolving escalations, and protecting client experience and retention
• Maintaining accurate account plans, contacts, activity records, and metrics in Salesforce and operating tools
• Coordinating contract renewals and amendments with partners, Sales, Legal, and Operations
You will partner closely with Sales, Implementations, Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and SoFi consumer business teams to deliver a seamless partner and employee experience. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, highly organized, combines strong business judgment with exceptional communication and project-management skills, and is customer-obsessed and commercially minded.
