The Directed Content team is part of the Expert Insights group, which operates AlphaSense's Expert Transcript Library and 1x1 Call Services. This team generates thousands of high-value expert calls quarterly, ensuring comprehensive coverage across sectors. The team identifies, recruits, and onboards top-tier experts from around the world based on strategic research targets.
As an Analyst I, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for sourcing the highest-quality experts aligned with research project scopes defined by Project Managers. You will develop deep industry knowledge within assigned territories and use research skills combined with an inquisitive mindset to identify individuals matching specific profiles.
Key responsibilities include conducting targeted research to identify best-fit experts, refining project scopes with Project Managers, conducting email and LinkedIn outreach, coordinating and executing validation calls with prospective experts, and documenting relevant experience in clear, concise formats to facilitate rapid evaluation.
You will be an energetic communicator who engages directly with senior executives and prospective experts, evaluating suitability and onboarding candidates to the network. The role requires managing fast-turnaround projects, meeting tight deadlines and targets, and juggling multiple simultaneous tasks.
This position is based in Singapore and requires proficient Mandarin Chinese to professionally converse with senior executives in the region.
