ARX Robotics is seeking a (Senior) Tender Manager to own the company's global public procurement processes end-to-end. This role is central to how autonomous ground systems reach armed forces and government customers through formal tender processes. You will manage the complete tender lifecycle: identifying and qualifying opportunities, building compliant and competitive submissions, coordinating with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Tech teams, and handing awarded contracts to after-sales and delivery teams. You'll be the single point of contact for all procurement-related activities, translating demanding governmental requirements into clear internal workstreams while maintaining strict deadlines. Key responsibilities include: - Systematic screening of tender platforms and procurement portals with go/no-go recommendations based on fit, capacity, and commercial attractiveness - Building high-quality, fully compliant bid submissions with coordinated technical, commercial, and legal documentation - Creating and maintaining a bid calendar with internal milestones, review gates, and submission deadlines - Close alignment with Legal on tender terms, eligibility, and compliance; with Finance on pricing and commercial terms; with Tech on customer requirements and bid content - Developing a structured library of reusable bid content, company documentation, references, and lessons learned - Conducting post-tender reviews and debriefs to feed insights back into pricing, product, positioning, and future bids You bring 3–5 years of experience in tender management, bid management, public procurement, or strategic/operational consulting, ideally in defence, security, aerospace, public infrastructure, or comparable regulated sectors. You have proven experience with public sector and governmental procurement processes and formal tender requirements (EU procurement procedures, NATO/framework tendering, innovation and R&D-driven procurement vehicles, or national defence procurement such as VSVgV). You work in a structured, hands-on, deadline-driven manner, capable of running multiple tenders in parallel while maintaining meticulous attention to detail with formal criteria, eligibility requirements, and submissions.
