Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 / annual

Thatch Market is a healthcare technology platform growing its partner ecosystem. As Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of partner relationships and drive expansion of the partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities: - Manage and grow the existing portfolio of Market partners, including performance tracking, relationship management, renewals, growth opportunities, and offboarding - Identify gaps in the Market by understanding member needs and determine which partners and categories to pursue - Source, pitch, negotiate, and close strategic healthcare and service partnerships - Structure commercial models that balance Thatch's and partners' interests, with clear understanding of economics and tradeoffs - Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to launch partnerships, solve problems, and ensure long-term success - Identify and pursue broader opportunities beyond individual deals to expand partnership value This is a high-ownership role with significant influence over Thatch Market's strategic direction as the company scales. You'll work in a fully distributed, fast-moving environment that values ownership, customer learning, and solving hard problems collaboratively. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or similar role, ideally in technology - Proven track record of personally sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships - Experience building and owning strong partner relationships post-launch and growing them over time - Strong commercial judgment with comfort navigating deal structure, economics, and tradeoffs - Ability to identify broader opportunities beyond immediate deals - Strong cross-functional skills and ability to move work forward across multiple teams Preferred experience: - Background in healthcare, benefits, fintech, or other complex industries - Experience building partnerships closely connected to product or customer experience - Experience working with Product and Engineering to turn partner needs into scalable solutions
