As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will own end-to-end partnerships with health systems, provider networks, and healthcare organizations. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the full partnership lifecycle from initial engagement through launch, deployment, and ongoing success with health systems and large healthcare organizations
- Serving as a strategic advisor to health system executives (CMOs, CMIOs, CIOs, CEOs) on how OpenEvidence can address their clinical and operational priorities
- Staying connected with clinicians at partner organizations to understand workflow challenges and translate feedback into product improvements
- Leading partnerships through enterprise procurement processes, working with Legal and Compliance teams on contracting, security, and compliance requirements
- Collaborating with Engineering and Data teams to identify integration opportunities and improve clinical workflows
You should have 2–9 years of experience in roles requiring analytical rigor, operational discipline, and ownership of measurable outcomes—such as high-growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or finance. You're a first-principles thinker comfortable creating new processes without a playbook, able to connect long-term vision to detailed execution. You communicate effectively with executives, maintain strong relationships, and thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You're detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by solving complex problems creatively. This role requires in-office presence in San Francisco.
