NFON is seeking a Strategic Partnership Manager to drive business growth by developing and expanding strategic partnerships across the UK market. The role focuses on identifying new enterprise opportunities for NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions while strengthening existing partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, developing, and growing new strategic partnerships and enterprise customer relationships across the UK
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract signing
- Building trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and understanding their business challenges
- Presenting NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions with a consultative, customer-centric approach
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success) to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Maintaining accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
- Achieving and exceeding agreed business targets while contributing to team success
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts
- Experience with SaaS or other recurring revenue business models
- Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners (telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, technology partners)
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Self-driven, structured approach with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Interest in AI, cloud communication technologies, and digital transformation
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
