ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to lead all partner activities for assigned Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), including Infosys, HCL, and TCS. This is a newly created role reflecting ServiceNow's expansion in the Cyber Security & Risk space through its Armis/Veza partnership.
You will own the complete partner lifecycle, including developing joint go-to-market and business plans, conducting quarterly business reviews, managing contracts, and ensuring alignment across ServiceNow teams (Marketing, Sales, Services, and RPMs). - Proven executive relationships with Deloitte and Accenture
- Experience designing partner business plans, channel sales strategies, and marketing plans
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity space (endpoint, XDR/EDR, asset discovery and management)
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions with services components
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Track record of quota achievement and career stability
- Self-motivated, independent thinker comfortable in remote environments
- Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder partner ecosystems
