Twitch is the world's largest live streaming platform, serving global communities built around gaming, entertainment, music, sports, cooking, and more. The Strategic Partner Manager role is part of the Global Partnerships team, which manages the Twitch Partner Program and supports creator success worldwide. In this role, you will support the ongoing success of creators across the Twitch Partner program and play a vital role in bringing new creators into the ecosystem. You will report to the Director of Global Spanish Partnerships and work from the Madrid office. Key Responsibilities: Creator Recruitment: Identify, evaluate, and reach out to high-potential creators who are new to Twitch or transitioning to livestreaming. Guide creators through structured onboarding covering analytics, audience development, channel setup, and monetization fundamentals. Conduct stream reviews and support test-streaming to ensure smooth creator starts. Maintain visibility in emerging creator communities across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Partner Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Twitch Partners. Provide timely, high-quality support and guidance on Twitch products, policies, and best practices. Maintain accurate documentation of creator interactions and portfolio data in Salesforce. Collect and log partner feedback to inform product development and messaging. Community Management & Events (approximately 15% of time): Support planning and execution of in-person events to deepen creator relationships. Maintain active presence in Partner community spaces such as Discord. Represent Twitch at creator community moments as a brand ambassador. Document creator insights and event outcomes. Administrative & Strategic Tasks: Generate and maintain reports on creator performance and engagement. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities within your creator portfolio. Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives. Support development of scalable solutions for creator needs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other teams. Participate in regular team meetings and planning sessions. Share insights and best practices with the broader partnerships team. Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives. Success will be measured by creator recruitment and onboarding targets, partner retention and satisfaction rates, response time and quality of support, event participation and outcomes, documentation quality and timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration effectiveness. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - 3+ years of experience in client/partner management, content acquisition, or related fields - Demonstrated experience in relationship management and business development - Strong analytical and communication skills - Fluency in English (written and verbal) Bonus qualifications: - Experience in digital media, gaming, or creator economy - Knowledge of content creation platforms and livestreaming industry - Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) - Project management experience - Additional language skills relevant to the region
