As Strategic Partner Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle management of major events from contract signature through final closing. You serve as the central point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams (sales, legal, product, engineering, support). Your responsibilities include:
- End-to-end event project management: coordinate across departments to ensure timely delivery of all requirements and project milestones
- Stakeholder management: maintain relationships with external event partners and internal teams, acting as the primary liaison
- Product requirements gathering: communicate Fever platform usability needs and process improvements to HQ product/engineering teams, consolidate requirements, and prioritize with the product roadmap
- Documentation and support enablement: create comprehensive Q&A documentation and support materials to help the user support team handle customer issues
- On-site presence: attend event launches and critical dates as needed to ensure successful execution
- Cross-functional coordination: manage dependencies and timelines across multiple departments to deliver results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
You bring 2+ years of project management or consulting experience (events background is a plus, not required). You are detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You're entrepreneurial, solution-focused, and thrive in dynamic environments. Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are valued. You learn quickly, manage ambiguity well, and excel at identifying problems and creating actionable plans.
