TheFork, Europe's leading restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Strategic Key Account Manager to build and manage long-term relationships with premium and Michelin-starred restaurants across Spain. This role goes beyond traditional account management—you'll serve as a trusted strategic advisor to some of the hospitality industry's most demanding businesses. You will manage a portfolio of high-value restaurant clients, driving adoption of TheFork's products and services to maximize their success on the platform. Key responsibilities include: building deep relationships with owners and decision-makers; identifying opportunities to increase product penetration and revenue; proactively reducing churn through risk identification and tailored action plans; coordinating cross-functional support from Product, Operations, and Sales teams; conducting regular business reviews; and translating customer insights into internal product and commercial improvements. Your focus will be on solving complex problems, understanding sophisticated customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer experience while maintaining operational excellence. You'll analyze customer performance data, recommend strategies to improve bookings and visibility, and serve as the primary point of contact for operational, commercial, and product-related matters. Required qualifications: C2-level Spanish and fluent English; 3+ years in Customer Success or Key Account Management with proven experience managing strategic/enterprise customers; background in SaaS, Hospitality, Technology, or Marketplace environments; commercial mindset with strong analytical skills; excellent relationship-building and stakeholder influence abilities; valid driver's license. Catalan fluency is a plus. TheFork offers a permanent contract, competitive fixed salary with bonus, flexible working (2 days home office weekly, plus up to 4 weeks additional remote flexibility in summer/December), lunch vouchers, international multicultural teams, continuous learning programs, comprehensive health insurance, parental/caregiver leave (12 weeks paid), and lifestyle benefits.
