K Health is seeking a Strategic Insights Analyst with an AI-first mindset to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. This high-impact individual contributor role sits at the intersection of operations, data science, and AI-powered automation, requiring someone who combines rigorous analytical thinking with business intuition while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to inform K Health's strategic roadmap and solve high-impact business problems at scale. Key responsibilities include applying analytical rigor and AI tools to strategic business challenges, enabling self-serve analytics for stakeholders, and developing key performance metrics with AI-powered monitoring and anomaly detection.
The role involves leveraging SQL and Python through AI agents to analyze large datasets efficiently, building data models and self-updating dashboards, and using statistics and data science techniques (regression analysis, forecasting, clustering, LLM-powered analysis) to drive predictions and recommendations. You will build and deploy AI-powered analysis workflows using command-line agents that execute complex SQL queries and Python-based analysis autonomously, then communicate insights effectively to leadership and stakeholders.
Required qualifications include 4-6 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, business operations, or related fields with demonstrated AI tool usage. You must have strong SQL proficiency for complex queries and large dataset manipulation, solid Python knowledge (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), and experience with AI-powered analysis tools including command-line AI agents and LLM-based coding assistants. A solid foundation in statistics and data science concepts is essential, along with highly analytical and metrics-driven thinking, strategic problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and resourcefulness in applying AI tools creatively.
The role requires 4 days per week onsite presence in the New York City office and does not provide immigration support.
