ClearScore is seeking a Data Scientist to join its Data & Analytics team, working within the Global Targeting group. The role focuses on developing and deploying data science and machine learning solutions to enhance user experience through dynamic content targeting and personalization across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end development of data science and ML solutions for improved user targeting across ClearScore's global markets
- Translating predictive model outputs into actionable insights for stakeholders, ensuring adoption and utilization of data science solutions
- Collaborating with the team to move solutions into production using existing tools and frameworks, with ongoing ownership of model performance monitoring
- Contributing to improved model build, maintenance, and optimization processes to standardize workflows
- Responsibly integrating new tools and AI approaches into daily development work while maintaining accountability
- Developing expertise across the full model lifecycle with team guidance and support
Required skills and experience:
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, collaboration, and commitment to continuous learning
- Results and impact-oriented approach to solution design; comfortable building quickly and iterating
- Strong critical thinking and data reasoning skills; ability to deeply understand business problems before solving
- Advanced knowledge of financial data and user behavior; understanding of how data connects to products and user financial wellbeing
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong Python and SQL proficiency with solid foundational understanding of statistical, machine learning, and modeling techniques
