Prosper AI is building voice AI agents that automate healthcare operations end-to-end—answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, automating billing, and managing payor interactions. The company has grown revenue 5x in the past year, partnered with 100+ healthcare organizations covering 150,000+ providers, and raised $35M (Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz).
You will own a strategic segment focused on the largest provider organizations in the country: national MSOs, PE-backed platform groups, and multi-region specialty organizations. This is a general-manager-style role where you own the segment end-to-end—defining the market strategy, building the named account list, setting commercial architecture, and executing long-cycle deals from first touch to signature.
Key responsibilities:
**Own a segment of the market:** Build strategy from scratch including market mapping, account segmentation, prioritization logic, and a defensible thesis on where Prosper wins. Construct a deliberately chosen named account list with entry hypotheses for each organization. Set commercial architecture (pricing, pilot design, land-and-expand paths). Drive cross-functional execution with marketing, outbound, solutions, and product against your plan.
**Run deal outcomes:** Own long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end (account planning, prospecting, discovery, pilot, negotiation, close). Build durable relationships with decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, VPs of Revenue Cycle). Multi-thread across revenue cycle, finance, IT, security, compliance, clinical operations, and procurement. Author quantified ROI cases based on customer data (cost-to-collect, denial rates, days in A/R, FTE redeployment, cash recovery). Navigate RFPs, security reviews, HIPAA/BAA diligence, legal negotiation, and phased rollouts.
**Build the playbook:** Codify winning strategies into outreach templates, business-case frameworks, and qualification criteria for future hires. Feed market insights back into product roadmap and convert roadmap into commercial advantage.
You'll have direct access to founders, product, and engineering; deals get unblocked quickly. The role offers competitive base salary, commission, and meaningful equity.
**Requirements:**
- MBB or top-tier strategy consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) strongly preferred; 2–6 years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to take unstructured markets, build defensible frameworks, and execute prioritized plans with iteration
- Relationship-building as a core competency; ability to build trust with senior operators over years and win C-suite rooms
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building hands-on and stepping back to prioritize; seeking to find your ceiling or build a billion-dollar company
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Healthcare or PE/provider-services consulting practice experience
- Experience selling AI, automation, or voice technology into regulated industries
- Fluency with EHR and practice management ecosystems (Epic, athenahealth, ModMed, eClinicalWorks) and clearinghouse/RCM stacks
- Existing network across provider group leadership or PE-backed provider platforms
- Early-stage or hypergrowth startup background
