Gong is seeking a Senior Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead strategic financial planning and analysis for a high-growth revenue intelligence platform. In this role, you will own recurring and ad hoc financial analyses, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team. You'll drive constant improvement of financial models to forecast and plan key financial and operational metrics, support critical investment decisions, and co-lead month-end reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning cycles.
Key responsibilities include owning strategic financial reporting and scenario modeling, partnering with FP&A and GTM Strategy teams to improve forecasting and business trend analysis, delivering consolidated financials and forecast performance reports, and preparing management presentations for monthly reporting, QBRs, and board reviews.
You should have 8+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, equity research, or strategy consulting experience, preferably in high-tech or enterprise software. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills are essential, along with hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, and financial planning applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, etc.). Deep expertise in SaaS metrics—churn, dollar retention, cohort growth, CAC, gross margin expansion—is required. You're analytical, detail-oriented, relentlessly curious, and thrive in unstructured exploratory analysis. A startup environment background and ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational execution are valued. Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
