We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to shape the financial and corporate strategy of this rapidly growing payments infrastructure company. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with the CEO and executive team on consequential strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the company's integrated financial model
- Evaluating investment opportunities to maximize long-term value
- Assessing growth scaling while maintaining financial discipline
- Analyzing financing options and capital structure decisions
- Evaluating acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic opportunities
- Modeling how operating and capital-structure decisions affect cash, dilution, and shareholder outcomes
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, and capital markets. Unlike traditional reporting-focused FP&A positions, this role requires exceptional financial modeling combined with strong commercial judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic startup environment. You will be a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership on the company's most important financial and business decisions.
