As Strategic Finance Manager, you will lead financial analysis driving critical strategic decisions for the company. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with the CFO and executive leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building and owning the strategic financial model: Develop the integrated 3-statement Long Range Plan, build valuation frameworks and investor-grade outputs, and scale the modeling infrastructure to reduce manual work.
• Analyzing the business like an investor: Support fundraising and potential M&A activities through modeling and valuation work. Benchmark competitors, develop KPI analyses, and build a point of view on unit economics, efficiency, and profitability.
• Partnering across the company: Work directly with the CFO and executive leadership on forward-looking financial questions. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on scenario modeling and business case development. Align near-term forecasts with long-term planning.
• Leading cash flow and liquidity modeling: Build rolling cash forecasts accounting for drug-related payment timing. Identify liquidity risks and opportunities to shape capital allocation.
You bring 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, equity research, or similar environments, with healthcare or healthtech company analysis experience. You are an exceptional Excel modeler with expertise in integrated 3-statement models, valuations, sensitivities, and scenario analyses. You excel at translating complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders. You operate with high ownership, curiosity, and urgency, comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently. Bachelor's degree required.
