Addi is a leading fintech platform in Colombia, serving over 2 million customers and 20,000+ merchants as the country's fastest-growing marketplace and largest Buy Now, Pay Later provider. The company recently achieved profitability and secured regulatory approval to operate as a bank, backed by top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, and Union Square Ventures. In this Strategic Finance Manager role, you will own strategic financial business partnering for the FP&A function across key internal relationships: marketplace, sales (merchant pricing and negotiation), marketing (CAC and ROI), and new products. Your mission is to ensure every pricing decision, renegotiation, and product launch has finance rigor behind it, with Finance leading rather than following business decisions. Key responsibilities include: (1) Restore active finance coverage to Marketplace business partnering within 90 days through recurring reporting and decision-support cadences; (2) Own and formalize the merchant business-partnering workflow (pricing, renegotiations, new deals) with documented processes and SLAs; (3) Take full ownership of new-product financial modeling and reporting, serving as the named finance lead on all product launches; (4) Manage marketing spend and ROI business partnering end-to-end within the first quarter. You bring 5+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate strategy, or strategy consulting with direct business-partnering experience. You have deep expertise in unit economics and deal-level modeling, with strong financial modeling skills to build merchant and product business cases from scratch. Experience in marketplace/e-commerce, fintech, lending, or banking is highly valued. You operate with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders, and build trust and influence without formal authority. You're fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable with advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and ideally have SQL skills. You thrive in startup settings, balancing speed with structured decision-making and attention to detail.
