Stampli is seeking a Strategic Finance & FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. In this hybrid role based in Mountain View, CA (3 days on-site: Tuesday–Thursday), you will partner closely with company leadership to drive strategic planning, financial insights, and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting and forecasting: develop and maintain financial models that support strategic planning and scenario analysis
- Performance analysis: track actual results against forecasts, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Executive reporting: prepare financial dashboards, presentations, and reports that inform board-level and C-suite decisions
- Financial process scaling: help design and implement systems and processes to support the company's rapid growth
- Business partnership: work across departments to understand operational drivers, validate assumptions, and support data-driven decision-making
You will be expected to think strategically about the business while maintaining strong operational execution. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with business acumen, can synthesize complex financial data into clear narratives, and demonstrates initiative in identifying and solving problems. Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial planning tools is a plus. You should be comfortable in a fast-moving environment and eager to contribute to scaling financial infrastructure.
