Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 / annual

As Strategic Finance Business Partner, you will serve as a key financial strategist guiding Harvey's financial planning and strategy to support rapid growth and long-term financial health. This is a cross-functional role partnering with executives and teams across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning core operating models to identify key business drivers and maintain dynamic forecasts in a fast-changing environment
- Preparing and delivering clear, insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making by executives and cross-functional partners
- Upleveling financial infrastructure and reporting by building scalable processes, dashboards, and systems that grow with the company
- Providing thoughtful recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions grounded in deep understanding of company financial objectives
- Driving annual and long-range planning cycles including target-setting, budgeting, benchmarking, and scenario analysis across the corporate cost base
You bring 6+ years of experience in strategic finance roles at high-growth technology companies. You have strong financial modeling skills and can build complex operating models from scratch, including unit economics and cost structure analysis. You communicate exceptionally well, distilling complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. You thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments with a low-ego, high-drive work style, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward ownership and driving stakeholders toward decisions.
