Salary: USD 160,000 - 240,000 / annual

As Strategic Finance Business Partner, you will guide Harvey's financial strategy and planning to support both aggressive growth and long-term financial health. This is a cross-functional, strategic role partnering with executives across the entire organization.
Key responsibilities include: building and owning core operating models to identify business drivers and maintain dynamic forecasts in a fast-changing environment; preparing and delivering clear, insightful financial analyses to support executive decision-making; upleveling financial infrastructure and reporting by building scalable processes, dashboards, and systems; providing thoughtful recommendations on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation grounded in deep understanding of company objectives; and driving annual and long-range planning cycles including target-setting, budgeting, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
You bring 6+ years of experience in strategic finance roles at high-growth technology companies. You have strong financial modeling skills and can build complex operating models from scratch, including unit economics and cost structure analysis. You excel at distilling complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive and cross-functional audiences. You thrive in fast-moving, unstructured environments with a low-ego, high-drive work style, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward ownership and driving stakeholders toward decisions. You maintain a high personal bar for quality and attention to detail.
