Metaview is an AI-powered recruiting platform that builds AI agents to help world-class companies hire with speed and precision. Founded by veterans from Uber and Palantir, the company has raised $110M from top-tier investors including Google Ventures and Insight Partners.
You would be the first strategic finance hire, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is a hands-on, foundational role where you'll build the finance function from scratch and serve as the finance partner to every function across the company—Sales, Marketing, Engagement, and Product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Engagement, and Product on growth-driving decisions: pricing and packaging, sales capacity and quota planning, unit economics and payback, and GTM efficiency.
- Owning the operating model, annual plan, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Owning monthly board and investor reporting, including narrative and analysis.
- Building analytics and dashboards that leadership uses to run the business.
- Supporting fundraising and investor relations: modeling, materials, data room management, and investor Q&A.
You'll build your own models, dashboards, and workflows with AI at the core. The company values velocity, hospitality, transparency, and end-to-end ownership. You'll work in an environment that emphasizes learning, collaboration, and using AI tools to move faster and deliver better analysis.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or strategic finance.
- Ability to build an operating model from a blank sheet, not just update existing ones.
- Skill in turning messy data into clear insights and explaining them plainly to founders or board members.
- Ownership mindset: you deliver answers rather than hand off decks.
- Interest in building playbooks and processes from the ground up.
- Enthusiasm for using AI to accelerate analysis and problem-solving.
- Bonus: SQL or data tooling experience (e.g., Hex), or exposure to B2B SaaS metrics.
