REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including exposure to manufacturing, hardware engineering, or government contracting environments - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - Experience building or operating cost allocation, shared-services, or chargeback models within a multi-business-unit organization - Strong financial modeling skills, including ability to independently build unit-economics and make-vs-buy analyses - Demonstrated ability to partner with both technical/engineering leadership and finance peers across other business units - Advanced Excel and financial systems/ERP proficiency - Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Prior experience in a shared-services, platform, or internal-supplier finance role, including experience being evaluated by internal customers with real alternatives to the service provided - Familiarity with aerospace/defense manufacturing cost structures - MBA, CPA, or CFA - Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
