In this high-visibility role, you will partner with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development to drive strategic initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities include performing key financial and strategic analyses to support critical business decisions such as pricing strategy, new product development, cost structure optimization, and market expansion. You'll work cross-functionally with go-to-market teams to develop and scale pricing models while collaborating with functional leaders to define sustainable, scalable growth and chart the path to profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and report to the VP of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development
- Perform financial analyses supporting high-impact decisions (pricing, products, cost structure, expansion)
- Partner with organizational leaders to develop vision for efficient scaling and profitability
- Build financial models, analyses, and processes to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams on pricing strategy and execution
- Shape overall company strategy through data-driven insights

Modern Health is a fully remote company with overlapping hours required; US-based team members outside Pacific time zone must work at least six hours between 8 am-5 pm PT daily.
