Salary: USD 151,700 - 311,000 / annual
Included Health is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Sales Regional Vice President to drive revenue growth by selling integrated virtual care and healthcare navigation solutions to large enterprise customers (20,000+ employees). You will own a defined sales territory and lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting through closing—with a consultative approach focused on understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions.
In your first 30 days, you will onboard with the team, complete GTM training, develop deep product knowledge, build your Year 1 sales plan with the VP, leverage your network to identify opportunities, and observe sales calls. By day 60, you will establish your territory, make introductions to target customers, and conduct joint sales meetings with senior team members. By day 90, you will be fully ramped and driving independent revenue generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, pursue, and close enterprise deals within your assigned territory
- Work directly with Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards leaders at target organizations
- Expand Included Health's customer base and scale service footprint within existing enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key benefits consultants and advisors
- Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate sales forecasting
- Travel as necessary to support customer relationships
- Represent Included Health's culture and mission in all business dealings

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of enterprise sales experience with significant track record selling complex healthcare benefits, wellness, or adjacent solutions to enterprise organizations
- Demonstrable success selling to large enterprise customers (20,000+ employees)
- Solid knowledge of healthcare benefits landscape and its evolution
- Strong relationship-building ability and proven ability to forge win-win agreements
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding large yearly quotas in enterprise segment
- Successful experience working with C-suite and senior decision-makers
- Experience selling complex products/services with long sales cycles
- Consultative sales approach with focus on understanding customer needs
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and revenue generation
- Strong referenceable enterprise customer base
