Greenhouse is seeking a Strategic Consultant to lead the company's largest and most complex paid strategic enablement engagements through the Professional Services team. You will work with enterprise customers to accelerate Greenhouse-led implementations, conduct system audits, provide strategic advisement, oversee reconfigurations, and drive change management initiatives. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of multiple professional services projects simultaneously, partnering with Greenhouse's largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade their recruiting workflows, system configurations, and talent acquisition strategies. You'll build standardized documentation and playbooks to scale consulting engagements, conduct detailed account and workflow audits with actionable recommendations, and serve as a strategic advisor and change management evangelist to turn customers into active product champions. You will collaborate closely with internal Customer Success and Professional Services teams as well as external stakeholders to drive project success. The role requires distilling complex organizational needs into digestible workflows and inspiring decision-makers to take action on your recommendations. You'll also explore how AI tools can help customers optimize their recruiting processes. REQUIREMENTS: - Extensive Greenhouse product knowledge - 3+ years of experience advising on talent-related functions - Project management experience - Experience building internal programs and process improvements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic, and thoughtful - Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to constantly changing environments with competing priorities - Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and curious about their application to recruiting - Right to work in Ireland (visa sponsorship not available for this role) - The company encourages applications from candidates who may not meet 100% of qualifications but bring unique transferable skills and perspectives
