Writer is an enterprise generative AI platform that helps Fortune 100 companies build and deploy AI agents grounded in their data. The company is valued at $1.9B and backed by leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth.
You will serve as a strategic transformation partner for Writer's most important Fortune 50-100 accounts, acting as an architect of change who moves beyond software implementation to help large organizations fundamentally rethink how they work. You'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge AI technology, translating the Writer platform into measurable P&L impact and helping executives navigate the shift to an AI-first operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers while leading ROI and value initiatives in partnership with customer success managers
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, setting vision and defining job-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks to drive AI adoption
- Building and maintaining deep relationships with Fortune 50-100 leadership teams
- Conducting analysis through surveys and interviews to frame and deliver P&L impact in business reviews
- Orchestrating complex cross-functional programs across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations and risk mitigation
- Identifying and driving expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Scaling transformation best practices by developing frameworks, decks, and communications for the broader team
You will report to the Director of AI Transformation and Success and work in a hybrid capacity from either the San Francisco or Seattle hub.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100 companies with proven track record of building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
- Mastery of change management and strategic thinking with ability to set vision, define frameworks, and translate capabilities to measurable outcomes and P&L impact
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills; ability to lead composed presentations to boards while orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
- Curious mindset and active listening style that marks you as a genuine leader people want to follow
- Strong professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory to navigate complex customer business environments
