Lighthouse is a Series C-funded AI platform ($370M raised, $100M+ ARR) transforming commercial strategy for the hospitality industry. The company operates the world's largest hotel data network, serving tens of thousands of properties across 185 countries, including all top 15 global hotel chains.
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 accounts (minimum $50K ARR) in a high-touch engagement model. You are the primary executive point of contact, responsible for building and stewarding C-level relationships while driving measurable commercial outcomes: renewals, expansions, and retention.
Key responsibilities include:
**Account Ownership & Strategy**: Manage 6-10 strategic accounts; develop and execute integrated technical and AI adoption roadmaps; conduct 2-4 business reviews annually using Lighthouse product data, Salesforce, Looker, and Gainsight; own the full renewal cycle from metrics analysis to contract execution; identify and drive expansion opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, multi-property deals).
**AI-First Product Mastery**: Daily use of Ernest (Lighthouse's Revenue Agent), Claude, and Gemini to build adoption plans, training materials, account summaries, and renewal packages. You must be fluent in the Lighthouse product suite—pricing, performance, direct plans, and integrations—and capable of translating data into strategic conversations.
**Adoption & Technical Engagement**: Drive AI product adoption across your portfolio; build per-account adoption roadmaps; run proactive outreach when adoption stalls; deliver best-practices education sessions; monitor engagement and satisfaction metrics; collaborate with Customer Care and Engineering on complex issues.
**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Partner with Product, Support, Implementation, and Sales to deliver customer success. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for client needs and escalation management.
You will work in a hybrid model from Dallas, TX or Denver, CO. The role requires 6+ years of strategic or technical account management in SaaS, proven ability to build executive relationships and own commercial outcomes, and daily proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, or equivalent). This is a senior individual contributor role with significant portfolio responsibility and strategic influence.
