You will serve as a Strategic Account Executive focused on Poland's Consumer & Retail sector, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise clients. Your primary responsibilities include building and managing a growing portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement and operational efficiency, and leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Key responsibilities: develop deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape and Polish consumer/retail market dynamics; execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence; partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering teams on onboarding and expansion; serve as trusted advisor to C-suite executives on emerging AI and voice interface trends; navigate complex procurement and organizational structures.
You should have 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic SaaS or technology sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, or API-driven platforms. Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is essential. You must have an established network within the Polish consumer and retail landscape with strong executive presence and ability to build C-suite relationships. Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders, deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in Poland, and comfort operating in early-stage, high-growth environments are required.
