Join Canva's Strategic Account Executive team within Canva Enterprise, working with large strategic organisations across the DACH region to help them consolidate design, content production, and collaboration under one secure, centralised account. You will be fluent in both German and English, moving seamlessly between both languages with customers and internal partners.
Key responsibilities include:
• Own account planning using data-driven approaches to identify and reach out to potential customers likely to benefit from Canva's products, analysing market landscapes, trends and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activity
• Manage pipeline and drive revenue growth by keeping pipeline, revenue forecasts and sales activity current in Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility
• Lead with a customer-centric mindset, using compelling storytelling and vision transfer presented through a creative lens to guide customers on personalised journeys
• Demonstrate deep product expertise, exhibiting genuine love for Canva's product and ability to sell creative solutions addressing customers' unique problems while gathering customer feedback and market insight to shape the Product roadmap
• Foster long-term relationships with both customers and internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Post-Sales, Customer Success)
• Simplify complex situations into digestible, customer-ready stories and materials using Canva's own worksuite
Canva Enterprise lets organisations consolidate design, content production and collaboration tools under one secure and centralised account — from whiteboards to docs, presentations and the AI platform Magic Studio. You'll work across Sales & Success, the go-to-market engine, collaborating with colleagues from Product to Marketing in support of the sales mission to empower every organisation to design.

Requirements:
• Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
• 5+ years of full-cycle selling experience working with medium-sized businesses through to large enterprise organisations, ideally within a technology company, with demonstrated history of top performance
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle, including prospecting with focus on new logo attainment
• Ability to navigate complexity, understanding and addressing complex business challenges and crafting solutions
• Talent for creating detailed plans covering all bases within intricate organisations
• Skills to captivate audiences, especially in face-to-face meetings with multiple key stakeholders
• Track record of leading successful negotiations
• Comfort navigating uncertainty and ability to keep up in fast-paced environments
