Twilio is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue growth across EMEA, with a focus on Northern Europe. This is a senior individual contributor role managing high-value, fast-growing customer accounts and identifying net-new opportunities within your assigned account base.
You will be responsible for servicing Twilio's fastest-growing customers in the region, growing revenue and share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling Twilio's product suite (voice, messaging, email, contact centre, account security). Key responsibilities include creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, managing contracts, and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You'll work with both technical and business audiences, building trust and translating complex contractual, technical, and financial details into clear solutions.
Required qualifications: 6+ years of account management or sales experience selling complex technical solutions to large customer bases, including both enterprise and digital-native companies. Demonstrated consistent quota achievement, proven track record in account management with cross-sell/upsell success, and solid understanding of financial reporting and revenue tracking within customer accounts.
Desired experience includes selling to both business and technical audiences, and familiarity with the communications market (messaging, voice, email, account security verification, or traditional telecom background).
