Sensi.AI is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive enterprise sales expansion into large home-care organizations and senior living operators. The company's Care Intelligence platform translates everyday signals from seniors aging at home into meaningful clinical and operational outcomes, deployed across 50 states and supporting tens of thousands of seniors.
In this role, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle for strategic accounts, from identifying high-value opportunities through closing complex deals. You'll lead strategic account planning using data-driven approaches to identify and penetrate large-scale healthcare organizations, analyzing market landscapes, healthcare trends, and regional dynamics to inform targeted sales activities.
Key responsibilities include leading enterprise sales processes from discovery through close, partnering with C-suite executives and senior operators to demonstrate Sensi's value proposition and help transform organizational care delivery. You'll serve as a subject matter expert on both Sensi's AI-powered technology and the care industry, navigating complex healthcare landscapes, gathering market signals, and providing customer feedback to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementations and champion the "land and expand" strategy. This involves building lasting internal and external relationships to drive long-term customer value. The role requires translating technical and operational healthcare challenges into clear business value and compelling executive narratives for senior stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to shape sales strategy, drive significant client growth, and introduce AI-powered intelligence to senior healthcare decision-makers in a fast-paced, innovative healthtech environment focused on improving care quality and outcomes for aging populations.
