Finni Health is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company transforming ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) practice operations. Backed by General Catalyst and Y Combinator, the company has achieved 400% growth and is approaching profitability.
In this role, you'll serve as a Strategic ABA Practice Partner—a trusted advisor and operator to ABA practice owners. You'll develop deep understanding of each practice partner's operations, identify performance improvement opportunities, and work collaboratively to execute growth strategies. This is a provider-facing role at the intersection of ABA practice operations, business strategy, and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering closely with ABA practice owners on operational, financial, and strategic challenges
- Analyzing practice performance across clinical operations, staffing, utilization, scheduling, patient growth, compliance, and reimbursement
- Identifying root causes of operational challenges and developing practical, actionable solutions
- Supporting financial analysis and P&L management, translating data into clear recommendations
- Building and optimizing staffing models, processes, and accountability structures
- Supporting new practice launches and market expansion
- Serving as a thought partner on business decisions and helping practice owners scale sustainably
You'll need 5+ years of direct ABA or behavioral health experience, with significant hands-on leadership or operational scaling of ABA practices. Strong financial acumen is essential—comfort analyzing P&Ls, budgets, utilization metrics, and payer dynamics. You should have proven operational leadership experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and genuine relationship-building ability. Experience across multiple locations/states and direct partnership with BCBAs or clinical leaders is strongly preferred.
This is a mission-driven role for someone who understands the operational realities of running ABA practices and wants to help providers build sustainable, high-quality businesses.
