Salary: USD 70,000 - 125,000 / annual

Reformation is a sustainable fashion brand founded in 2009, on a mission to make eco-friendly clothing accessible to everyone. The company operates 50+ stores globally and has its own sustainable factory in LA. This is a Store Manager role for a new store opening at University Park Village in Fort Worth, Texas in February 2027. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead all operational and sales execution for the store. Key responsibilities include: • Drive sales performance and revenue targets while managing budget and expenses • Lead the sales floor and deliver exceptional customer experience, acting as a brand ambassador and educating customers on Reformation's sustainability mission • Build and maintain loyal client relationships with a customer-first mindset • Manage scheduling and payroll to optimize the balance of sales and service • Maintain NPS scores and customer satisfaction metrics • Oversee inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and facility maintenance • Lead merchandising presentation and visual standards; provide feedback to corporate on product and sales performance • Hire, train, develop, and manage the retail team; conduct performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions • Foster an inclusive employee experience and drive continuous improvement through team development • Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate partners on allocations and business strategy You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week with full availability across a 7-day work week, including flexible scheduling for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of retail experience • Minimum 4 years of retail management experience • Experience in sales/retail organizations or operationally intensive businesses • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities • Ability to set clear objectives and inspire teams to reach their potential • Operational efficiency mindset with adherence to processes and systems • Strategic collaboration skills with cross-functional partners • Proactive, entrepreneurial sense of urgency and prioritization ability • Understanding of retail labor laws • GSuite experience is a plus
